Artist Biography
德爾菲娜·德·薩克森-科堡 (Delphine de Saxe-Cobourg)
1968年生於布魯塞爾，英比混血當代藝術家。於倫敦長大，並在切爾西藝術學院研習純藝術。2003年成立布魯塞爾工作室，同年參與威尼斯雙年展。
身為文字藝術家，其繪畫、雕塑、霓虹燈及可穿戴藝術，圍繞身份、韌性、權力與正義等主題。文字創作是她最為標誌性的核心，她將文字與書寫延伸至不同的創作媒介之中。她透過作品傳遞堅韌的愛以感染人心，將個人的情感轉化為引發普世共鳴的力量。
曾與可口可樂、BIC、ABSOLUT、紅十字會及比斯特購物村等國際品牌合作。
Delphine de Saxe-Cobourg
Born in Brussels in 1968, she is an Anglo-Belgian contemporary artist. Raised in London, she studied Fine Arts at Chelsea College of Art. In 2003, she established her studio in Brussels and participated in the Venice Biennale the same year.
As a text-based artist, her paintings, sculptures, neon works, and wearable art explore themes of identity, resilience, power, and justice. Text-based creation is her most signature core, as she extends text and calligraphy across different mediums. She aims to convey a resilient love through her art to inspire others, transforming personal emotions into a force of universal resonance.
She has collaborated with international brands including Coca-Cola, BIC, ABSOLUT, the Red Cross, and the Bicester Collection.

Lucie Chang Fine Arts is honoured to present The Power of Love, a solo exhibition by Delphine de Saxe-Cobourg. Bringing together the artist’s recent paintings, sculptures, and neon works, the exhibition comprehensively reveals how she transforms vulnerability, connection, and complex emotions into a striking force, leading viewers into a journey of her own "Power of Love."
Delphine’s practice focuses on transforming personal experiences into positive expressions. Using colour, text, and familiar symbols as her language, she continuously explores human vulnerability, connection, and the emotions that shape us. While many of her works stem from real life experiences and feelings, she does not shy away from their complexities. Instead, through her art, she transforms these feelings into an inspiring and resilient force—a reminder of our innate capacity to face challenges.
In her artistic universe, the meaning of "love" is profound. It is not limited to romance, but serves as a proactive attitude towards life's ups and downs, and a conscious choice of how we respond to our circumstances. The exhibition profoundly conveys this core belief: choosing love may not make difficulties disappear, but it can guide us to navigate them with greater openness, strength, and humanity.
