Pakeong was born in Macao in 1978. His mother is a Sino-Portuguese mixed and his father is a Cantonese. He was brought up in a strong Sino-Portuguese educational background and was
greatly influenced by the culture. Pakeong works as a full-time artist, painter, illustrator, and is good at doing live painting with simple materials.
