Eddie LUI Fung Ngar

Eddie LUI Fung Ngar (aka LV Fengya in Putonghua) was born in Hong Kong in 1947 at a time when the-then British Crown Colony was recovering from the deprivations of war and facing a huge influx of refugees from Mainland China. He completed a studio programme at the same institute in contemporary ink art conducted by Lui Shou-kwan, Wucius Wong and Laurence Tam.

His artworks are included in the permanent collection of the Hong Kong Museum of Art; The Hong Kong Heritage Museum; University Museum and Art Gallery, The University of Hong Kong; Hong Kong Arts Centre; The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts; The MTR Corporation, and the Hong Kong Jockey Club in Hong Kong; and other cultural bodies and corporations and private collectors. 

He currently lives in Hong Kong, practicing visual art, 3-D design and working as a visual art consultant.
